Is there a discount for wholesale orders?

What currency does your site operate under? 

Our checkout process only allows for purchases made in the US Dollar. You can use the currency converter in the upper right hand corner to check the value of an item before purchasing. Keep in mind this will be converted to USD before checkout.

I placed an order and then want to change the order. 

Our commitment to our customers is to ship your order as fast as possible. Your order will be packed within hours if not minutes after your place it. If you have placed an incorrect order please contact us immediately at info@coveredbrands.com so we can try to stop your order. If it has already left our fulfillment center, then our customer service will correct the issue once you have received it.

I accidentally hit the refresh or back button during an order what can I do? 

Please try to not hit the back or refresh button while pacing an order. This can cause multiple orders to be placed. If you have placed an see multiple charges for multiple orders please contact us immediately at info@coveredbrands.com and we will correct the your order.

I live overseas and its been several days since my order and my tracking number says my package is still in the United States can you help me find it? 

With international shipping, especially if you choose the United States Postal Service packages can take 30 days or longer in many cases. Also, the USPS does not guarantee international shipping and the tracking number will stop being updated once it has left the United States. Please choose UPS, DHL or Fedex worldwide for all international orders.
