Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Returns:

  • Our return policy is 14 days for physical products. If 14 days have passed since you received your products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • We provide return labels for any manufacturer defect otherwise shipping return costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns, refunds and, or exchanges are approved or denied at our sole discretion.
  • Shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Most refunds, returns and, or exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

  • Ship the product back to us. It might take up to 5-7 days for us to receive. Once we receive it, we will ship out the exchange immediately.  
  • Each exchange should be accompanied by a RMA form.
How to Return:
  • Each return should be accompanied by a RMA form.
  • Send the product and your completed return slip to the address provided to you by our customer service agents.
  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the item is clearly not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.

Late or Missing Refunds:

    • Processing time normally takes 1-3 business days 

Disclaimer:

If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking and insurance so that if the product is lost in transit, you are protected.
